We designed the balcony structures as a system attached to the bars at the level of the handrail. The solution allows safe and stable anchoring even in older buildings. All structures have been structurally assessed to ensure maximum safety and durability. In total, 94 balconies were implemented.

Balconies in harmony with the character of the house
The proposed balcony structures respect the industrial character of the building while bringing a contemporary standard of use. The emphasis was on functionality, clean detail and continuity with the architecture of the conversion.
