Balconies on bars
Balconies on bars are a variant of the balcony system with greater depth and surface area. Thanks to the anchoring method, the balcony does not move away from the façade, but adjoins it directly, giving a clean and compact appearance to the building. This system is suitable for apartment buildings where it is not possible to anchor the balcony to the load-bearing perimeter masonry, while offering greater comfort and better use of space.

Why choose balconies on bars?
More usable area
Compared to hanging balconies, they offer more depth.Fitting to the façade without a gap
Balcony and façade form a compact unit.More comfort
No gaps between the house and the balcony, better thermal insulation.Secure anchoring to the ceiling structure
Ideal for houses without load-bearing walls.A low-maintenance rod system designed for 20 times the required load.
We use the balcony beam system not only in renovations but also in development projects.

Solutions for new apartment buildings and renovations
Balconies on beams are a suitable solution not only for new buildings, but also for the conversion of older buildings into modern apartments. This system is often used in conversions of industrial buildings, where it is necessary to ensure a firm and secure anchorage even in less traditional structures.
Sample from practice:
So-Ho Rezidence, Prague
One of the projects where we have successfully installed balconies on beams is So-Ho Rezidence in Prague - a conversion of a former Tesla factory into a modern apartment building.
Preserving the industrial character of the building and adding comfortable outdoor space.
Special design of balconies with spacious floor covered with ceramic tiles.
Specific anchoring at handrail level to allow stable fixing to older structures.
94 balconies installed with emphasis on safety and aesthetics.
This system makes it possible to transform old industrial buildings into modern housing with functional balconies.

Design options for balconies on bars
The size and depth of the balcony - efficient use of space.
Type of flooring - durable materials according to project requirements.
