On the project Rezidence Erbenova we supplied a complex set of locksmith elements for a residential building in Smíchov. The implementation included external railings, internal staircases and other related elements that had to be coordinated with the architecture of the building and the interior detail requirements.
The project is important to us mainly because of the scope and variability of delivery. In addition to the communal areas, we also tackled the mezzanine staircases, where clean detail, precise anchoring and quality craftsmanship were key.

The internal mezzanine staircase consists of a sophisticated steel structure complemented by wooden treads and a hidden anchor design. We supplied a total of 25 of these staircases, complete with designer handrails.
The implementation also included exterior steel railings in an anthracite shade, handrails in the common areas and other associated locksmith elements including ladders, revision doors and steel columns.

On the project, we supplied elements for both the interior and exterior of the house and solved their interconnection so that the whole looks unified. A combination of safety, functionality and refined detail appropriate to the character of the project was important.
