Tetris Office Building

Na výstavbu nové administrativní budovy na Praze 4 jsme dodali vnitřní zábradlí pro dvě vnitřní schodiště, venkovní zábradlí u vjezdu do podzemních garáží a další zámečnické prvky.

O projektu

Komorně koncipovaná budova je rozčleněna do osmi pater, každé z nich o rozloze zhruba 620 metrů čtverečních doplněné terasami s přímým přístupem z kanceláří ve vyšších podlažích budovy.
Tetris Office Building disponuje průkazem energetické náročnosti budovy na úrovni „velmi úsporná“, tedy kategorie A. Interiéry jsou plně flexibilní a bude záležet pouze na budoucím nájemci, jakým způsobem svůj interiér pojme, resp. jak si kanceláře uspořádá.
