Rezidence U Sluncové, Praha

Ve spolupráci s investorem Finep a generálním dodavatelem firmou Hinton, jsme dodali klíčové prvky pro projekt Rezidence U Sluncové. Patří sem:

  • Terasová zábradlí s kaleným sklem, které nejen představuje designový element, ale také zaručuje dlouhou životnost.
  • Skleněné dělicí stěny, z nichž některé mají mimořádně velké rozměry. Jejich umístění bylo technicky náročné a vyžadovalo precizní provedení.

Projekt "Rezidence U Sluncové" představuje nový bytový komplex s celkem 107 bytovými jednotkami. Byty se vyznačují prostornými okny, elegantními skleněnými zábradlími a minimalistickým interiérem inspirovaným skandinávským designem. Architektonický návrh vytvořilo studio Qarta architektura.
